A WHHS education is an investment in your child — and we work with every family to make it possible. Here is how cost and aid work.
WHHS is a small school by design — low student-teacher ratios, three academic tracks in every course, and a faculty that knows each student by name. We are committed to making that experience accessible, and a significant share of our families receive tuition assistance. The first step is simple: talk to us.

We meet families where they are. Aid is need-based, confidential, and decided alongside admissions — not after.
A meaningful share of WHHS families receive tuition assistance. Awards are based on demonstrated need and reviewed confidentially each year.
Monthly and multi-installment plans help families spread tuition across the year. Ask admissions which options fit your situation.
Every family talks directly with us about what's possible. No automated cutoffs — a real person helps you find a way in.
WHHS offers need-based tuition assistance through a WHHS Tuition Assistance Application together with a FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. The process is confidential and reviewed on a rolling basis, with a priority deadline of January 5. To begin, contact the Business Office — Wanda Alicea, 914.698.0806 ext. 301.
Tell us about your family and we'll help you understand tuition, aid, and busing — and whether WHHS is the right fit.
